I can't taste salt!

I got a meal to go from my favorite restaurant with chicken breast. It tasted so bland to me. I added salt and was still bland. I let DH try it and he was overwhelmed by how salty it was. And he's a guy who likes a lot of salt.
Anyone ever have this?
