i got an almost positive.. i think? help!

Okay i'm on a 30 day cycle and its CD 16 exactly when i'm suppose to OV and here is my test from 2:30 in the afternoon (i did one at 2 am but was a definite negative) is this positive or almost? I'm seeing OH at 10 tonight after he comes home from work and seeing him all day tommorow would it be good to BD those days?? or is 10 pm too late or just right! ahhh!
