I would say its a 'hard' cheese. I would go for it! sounds lovely!

Apparantly its fine to eat hard cheese...its just live cheese, or those with skin like brie and camembert...

mmm sounds yummy. Asda do a 2 for £3 on wensleydale and cranberry. A shopping trip is in order me thinks :D

Right just back, its 2 for £2.40 at tesco. You can mix and match double gloucester and chive is also available lol.

Its good to see cheese getting the time and respect it deserves....ooh I loves it!! Have you tried that mexicana one? deeelicious, though Im really missing the smelly cheeses sow we are not allowed them!! :shrug:
 
I had wensleydale with summer berries last night it was so tasty! nom nom nom.

Oh I would love some brieeeeeeeee. Did I read somewhere or am I just being hopeful that you CAN have it, if made with pastuerised milk? Pleeeeeeeaaaaaase say yes!
 
Yep, soft cheeses (except for the blues because of the mold) are all ok to eat as long as they are pasteurized.
 
I ate a block of it this weekend! ALL cheese is fine so long as it's pasturised.
