I have a craving for Wensleydale & Cranberry are we allowed it?

I was told not to eat the blue, but you're right, everything says that's ok too. Woot! I'm so going to the store and buying blue cheese tonight!!
 
Now blue cheese has different issues because it does have a small risk of listeria from the veins even if it's pasteurised.

I was told by a cheese monger (yes that's the proper term!) that the processes in making even some unpasteurised cheeses means that the bad bacteria cant grow in certain types any way.

Personally I'd eat blue cheeses in moderation. :)
 
:happydance: woop woop! Yay!! Thankyou thankyou! I don't like blue cheese (with veins) so that's fine by me, but I am so going to get brie, in fact it's going on my shopping list now!
 
Just read the packet and check it's pasteurised and youre good to go ;)
