I have chosen the material for my Placenta Bag!

I am planning to have a Lotus Birth, after weeks of thinking it over, I feel it is for me.

I just found the fabric I want to make the placenta bag from! Purple, Turquoise and Orange, My favourites! I feel the pattern is rather Lotus like and it just called to me!

Its non-stretch polyester velvet. I heard velvets are good fabrics for placenta bags because they 'grip' quite well to the bed/sofa- and the last thing you want with a lotus baby is for their placenta to take a tumble off the furniture!
