I just can't figure it out! pls help!!!!

i have had a look but being no good with computers cant see how to add a ticker (is that what there called??? the pregnancy stage count down that lots of you ladies have when u post!!)
i couldnt have a pic of my own on the left hand side where it says a little about me-it wouldnt work but would love a ticker!

you need to click on some1 elses to get one. (it will take you to another page) once you done that it will give you something to copy,.
Copy all thw jumbled writing bits and go to user CP in the left hand side, scroll down to edit signiture (on the left hand side) and you will be able to paste it into there
( i've only just done mine today took me ages to figure out haha) if you copy my one you need to use the 2nd copy and paste because the 1st one wont work x
