Yeah, I am also in nervous time too. I'm growing a bump though. Have been measuring around my belly button (once a week at the same time of day) to reassure myself and have been growing 1-2cm a week. Already up 25cm from prepreg waist. 
Eeek, gonna be huge...
Still a bit sick off and on as well, though that doesn't do much to reassure me unfortunately.
Have 3 weeks until next midwife appointment. Sort of thinking about a doppler, but not sure...
