As stated in the title I am wondering if maybe I am ovulating twice. I had a D&C and laparoscopy last month for polyps and to look around to for other causes for our difficulties in TTC. Polyps were found a removed and was diagnosed with chronic endometritis (not endometeriosis). This month I started doing my CB DIGI OPK and got a lot of negatives and now have had blinking smileys the last three days. However, my temp seemed to shift about a week ago, very shortly after I starting receiving neg opks. I know that a couple of cycles ago (medicated) I had 2 eggs on my right side only seen at ultrasound just before trigger shot; upon follow up ultrasound at the end of that cycle I had a cyst on my left side. I asked the nurse if that was weird because I didn't have follicles on the left side two weeks before at ovulation. She said it was odd and that it looked like the left side had 'snuck one in there'. With a history of possibly ovulating twice in one cycle (although medicated and this cycle was not medicated) could I be ovulating twice and just missed the first LH surge on the opk because I started testing after it had happened? I am no pro with CM, but I am having more of it again today?
Has anyone heard of this? I have been looking online and see contradictory information of whether or not it is possible to ovulate twice this far apart. Obviously the best policy is to bd so I know we should and am not asking that. I am just asking if my theory is crazy and I could be ovulating twice.
