I lost my baby :(

I am so sorry I am in the process of losing my baby too and even though I have read about others pain, had no clue how empty, guilty and awful I would feel. If you need to talk, I'm here. I'm finding it so awkward to talk to my family about this, so maybe it would be helpful to talk to someone else.

Firstly...i am so sorry for your loss

secondly....i know its difficult to cope with....but PLEASE go and get a d&c.
I had a mc back in 98 at about 8 or 9 weeks! When the doctors confirmed there was no baby seen on the ultrasound i didnt stick around for more tests...i was obviously heartbroken. I started ttc very soon after.....and nothing! After all this time i now believe that i had debris blocking my tubes cos of the mc. After 13yrs i had a hycosy where they put dye through your tubes....2 months later i got pregnant! I dont want you to suffer like i have. There is also a chance of infection which can caused PID and cause permanent damage to your tubes. I dont want to scare you, i just dont want you having problems concieving again as infertility is even harder to cope with than a miscarriage. (hope that didnt sound heartless) i wish you a fast recovery and hope you get your forever baby real soon!

I'm so very sorry...please allow your heart time to heal. I know all too well what this kind of loss is all about, and time won't take all of the pain away, but it does lessen. And yes, you should definitely try again WHEN YOU'RE READY. If you have not had a D&C, I suggest you get one. It sounds like you were far enough along that you'll need the procedure to get everything out successfully...I also feel it provides a sense of closure to the miscarriage.
