hi ladies, im starting a diet on monday and i was wondering what exercise can i do to tone my legs and bum and how do i get rid of my baby pouch, i cant really afford the gym every couple of days any advice would be gratefull
 
for legs and bum toning... squats and lunges

for mummy tummy....... weight loss through good old fashioned heart pumping exercise
how about power walking hold your tummy/core in

all can be done for free!!!
