sorry for crashing this board but did anyone get AF type cramps a week before your BFP/AF was actually due? I never get cramps like this unless my period has already started. I'm about 10DPO and I was wondering if this happened to anyone before your BFP!

I didn't have cramps, more like twinges. But I couldn't tell if they were bc I was constipated, lol, or if it was my ovaries!
