I shouldnt really be worried, right?

I had an early ultrasound at 4+6 due to bleeding, but they told me before scanning that they did not expext to say anything other than a sac and would like to make sure it was there in case they had to do bloods, when they scanned me they seen an empty sac and they said they were not concerned as this is all they expected to see, I had to go back at 6+6 on 20th December which she said to me they will expect to see something then. I've had an ectopic before and I know they werent concerned with me until my my second scan at 7 weeks thats when they told me but never before.
