I didn't sign up..well not yet, but might when cash comes flowing in.

But, I am doing it on my own! wOOOOp. I am very very excited, and you have just motivated me even more.

There are some Progresso Soups that are 0 points and they are GOOODDDDD!!!!! I have been trying those for lunch this week :headspin:

I think you're right to get the food sorted first, but the exercise will make you feel good too. Choose something you might enjoy, walking, cycling, dancing, exercise class, exercise dvd.

You are doing fantastic and I hope you reach that 1st 14lbs very soon :yipee:

Suz your truely inspiring me and ive found some good WW desserts a choc brownie one only 3 points :happydance::happydance: yummmmmmmmmmm lol
 
Oh, I have my Desserts every night :headspin: WW has a Very Yummy Chocolate Brownie ice cream worth 2 points. Also the Mint and Chip is good too... Only 2 points.

They also have those yummy popcycles that have the vanilla ice cream in the center and fruity shell! A Wopping 1 point! im going to try those next :wohoo:

We went to the movies today and I had popcorn. Then we went for lunch... I was adventurous... I had Seared Ahi butter lettus wraps... and Oysters on a half shell.... YUM and did you know 6 oysters are only 1 point :wohoo: and my butter lettus was free and the ahi was 3 points. I even passed on the bread!!!!!!!! My hubby almost fainted.....:lol:
 
Seared Ahi butter lettus wrap that sound good ! and easy for you to make at home now...it's good to go out ...give you new ideas for home too!

However, as I did last week, I feel like I have eaten alot.. :rofl: But remember last week I lost 4 lbs... So we shall see where Im at this week. I guess, as I get use to this diet, maybe Im only feeling like I have eaten alot... Well, we will find out tonight :wohoo:
