regarding the large placenta lake they found at my 20 week scan and to find out what affect it is having on my daughter. They checked her growth, heart rate etc and so far everything is ok she seems to be on the smaller side of the scale but they said she has been through out the pregnancy and her growth rate is perfectly normal. I'll be getting measured every time i got to the midwife/hospital to make sure she's growing properly. If she measures 3cm less than she should they'll send me off for a scan and further tests to find out what's going on (which i think is standard practice) but so far so good.
They said they have no idea what has cause it but it could be because of the fall i had a few weeks back. They'll be able to tell better if it was that when i go to the hospital for my first Anti-D injection in 5 weeks time. Fingers crossed it's not because of the fall otherwise i'll have to have more injections and i hate needles.
