IC 10miu - BFP - FRER - BFN!?

Using FMU I tested using IC sensitive test, very faint but visable to me and OH.
This afternoon I used a FRER and got a BFN.
Absolutely gutted, has this happened to anyone before?
I really believed the IC.
I'm 4 days later for AF.

I think the FRER is only 25 miu, whereas the IC is 10miu, so more sensitive.
Wait a few days and test again, but use FMU, not afternoon pee?
