Icandy peach confusion??

Hi ladies,

I'm sure this may of been posted before, but I've had no luck googling

We have the icandy peach (2 I think) in black jack with the main seat unit and main carrycot, recaro car seat adapters plus the recaro car seat itself.

Can someone tell me what I need to convert my system into the blossom double please and if any of the stuff I already have is still ok to use?? Really don't want to have to spend in excess of £200+ just to make it a double. It will be for a newborn and a 2 year old.

I've been meaning to go into our local pram shop and speak to someone there, but I've not had the chance yet.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Depends how you plan on using yours-so many modes. I'm getting the peach 3, so not sure how it differs.

With mine I have a 2 yr old and will have newborn. I want to use it occasionally as a double so I got:

Peach puschair
Upper carrycot
Upper seat unit
Car seat
Lower adapters
Converter bars

So This might be the cheapest plan for you too, seeing as you don't want to spend loads more. Or you could buy the lower carrycot on eBay if you want a carrycot and upper seat unit at the same time.

I'm planning on using upper seat unit and lower car seat btw when in double mode!

So I take it, if I have it in double mode then my existing seat unit and carrycot will not fit? It has to the the lower or upper type? It seems like icandy just want to milk ever penny out of us do the car seat adapters vary like this too??

Sadly your correct you will need a lower carrycot for that option, which is annoying. You can still use your existing seat unit on the upper bit though.

Yes-you also have separate upper and lower car seat adapters too!

hmmmm, bit annoyed at that. Gosh they like to make a meal out of it all. And I will need separate car seat adapters (upper or lower) too???? I don't think I've even seen any of the recaro ones like this.

Got a feeling I will be scraping the idea at this rate and buying a standard double and using the icandy when DS isn't with us.
