I'd honestly be happy with even just 10k to clear a loan I have then we wouldn't have to worry. We wouldn't be rolling in it but we would be able to afford to buy a newer car and maybe move to another rented house in a nicer area.
If I could have enough to buy a house that would be totally amazing but I'd be happy with even 10k
