I like to stay at 165. I've never been thinner than that as an adult and not sure that I could or would want to maintain anything lower than that. But....right now I'm 180. I feel sluggish, chubby, and my pants don't fit. I need to stick with a diet. Today I've eaten 900 calories and still will eat dinner. I figure if I can stick to about 1300-1500 cal a day I should drop some pounds.
