Can the 'ignored' people still see a thread you have posted.

If you have THEM on ignore, they can still see everything you post
If they have YOU on ignore, I dont think they can, but they can take you off ignore and then they will see it

Yes. The ignore list is only for you to ignore others (not the otherway around).
