I'll be 3 days late in the morning

Af hasn't showed, I'm scared to test! I tested at 11dpo and got a bfn, I just ate and am having stomach cramps but usually my back hurts not my stomach and usually if I'm close to starting I'll start when having a bm well that didn't work! I dont know what to think
