My cycles range from 30-40 days!! We can't BD too much as ge has low sperm and motility count so trying to BD2-3 days !!

mine range from 28-40 and this cycles gonna be a 40 and i o'd on day 23 so i reckon ur o'in today and tomoz itll shoot up xx

i actually look forward to waking up at 7.30am every morning and taking my temp.

I'm considering changing next month but am temping orally at the moment. I know they think vaginally is more accurate, especially if you sometimes mouth breath at night.

Heres mine if anyone wants to give me some reassurance that the dip today at 3dpo is fine! i'm having a panic attack cause i've never o'd this early and i'm now starting to think i imagined it all!! Even though i had a thermal shift... I'm just crazy i think.... ! x

All looks good to me! I found it massively reassuring just to see I had actually ovulated this month.

Temping later,Im on annual leave so not getting up at 7am. My temps have been mad all month cz not been sleeping well

I always do that! Though my percentages are rubbish at the moment!
