Hi all...
Iv joined slimming world and have really taken to it... even tho I dnt eat fruit or veg :thumbup: Iv lost 1stone and 4lbs in 1 month and done exercise I do the wii fit every night for 30mins, as well as I try and get 3 walks in a weeks as well as bike ridding.. This is such a change for me.. Iv got 4lb to loose for 10% of my body weight gone... I have weigh in tonight... I stick to what I like but cut out chocolate n chrips n chips and have them as a treat... I jst keep my self bussy! x
