Well, our next door neighbor (babysitter/cat sitter) came over with a huge gift for him & she wanted to see him open it, so I consented.

She bought him a sled!

He's walking around the house giving his stuffies rides right now.

We've been given presents by mil and my mum. Both in front of the boys. Dh is considering letting them have 1 on Christmas Eve. We don't do Christmas Eve boxes just new pjs so I'm tempted to agree with him

Last year DD had a pretty nasty ear infection so to cheer her up I gave her the Happyland Xmas set from her Xmas Eve bag. I'm glad I did too as she probably got more play out of it before Xmas than afterwards. I try not to give her things though as I think it would spoil the build up somewhat - it's her birthday just one week before so she's still getting belated birthday gifts at the moment!
