My Lo is almost 12 weeks but I've not recieved a letter about her going in for her 12 week jabs. Should I be contacting doctors or do they contact me?

You could always give your hv a call, no harm in that.

I phoned the surgery myself to book all DS's jabs. I never received any reminders or anything. My HV never even mentioned them either.

I got a slip in post from doctors to arrange an appt for all of Louis' jabs, it was automatically generated. You could always call your GP surgery regardless and arrange a date as it seems to work differently everywhere x

Call your dr. I seem to get reminders they are due about 8 weeks after we've had them...
