In Agony and Pain Plz Help

Hello well yesterday afternoon i started having like a weird dullness crampy feeling in my lower right abdomen had it all yesterday, lastnight and still have it today, the last time me and my b/f had sex sorry tmi was last week i havent had a period becoz come off depo in january so dont know sorry to be a pain just wondering what it could be????


Any info would be very helpfull
