I'm 33 weeks officially as a few minutes ago. I was contracting tonight as usual but when they stayed 5-6 minutes apart for a few hours I decided to come in. I figured they would stop when I got here.
Well they didn't and they were 2-4 minutes apart and I was dilated to 2-3 and 70% effaced. They admitted me and gave me steroid shots and procardia.
I'm still contracting, now they are much more painful and im scared!!! I'm not ready for this im such a chicken!!!

You'll do great! Most 33 weekers only need 2 to 3 weeks in the NICU.

They're still cooking! Contractions have finally pretty much stopped. Procardia every 4 hours. I'm waiting for my dr to get here and tell me the plan. I get second steroid shot tonight and also a ffn test.

Depending on the ffn I may go home tomorrow. Or it may be a few days. Either way they will start cutting back the procardia bc they said im on a really high dose. They said the would let me labor at 34 weeks. I feel better about that with these shots on board.
