Income support help pls!

Put in a claim for income support over the phone today and got booked in for an 'interview'... can anyone give me an idea of what happens when you attend the interview?

Yep I went for mine on monday

They go over the details you gave on the phone, print it off and you sign it and they photocopy the forms of ID you take in.

I then had to go see some one else who went through the SAME details and told me that when the baby gets to age 7 I would have to come off income suport and she told me all the help they offer to help you get back into work. She was actually really nice and helpful! She said all was done and I would get a letter in 7-10 days to say how much income support id get and they would phone me in february to go back in just for a update on my situation as baby would be here by then.

It was basically just going through details I already gave and listning to the differnt options availible to me when I want to go back to work, I was in there about 40 mins in all!
