Income support

Hi,

Just wondering, I'm 24 weeks now, and my appointment to be switched over to income support is on my 30th week. Will my jobseekers claim automatically close once I'm 29 weeks? Or is this fine?

Also, what happens once the baby is born, if I move in with my partner will it be stopped as he works 23 hours or because he works under 24 can he be put in the claim?

Any help would be great!

it would be better for you both if he worked 24 hours as you would be able to claim child tax and working tax credits as opposed to you trying to claim jsa
