Increased echogenicity kidney at 20 week scan? Advice?

Hi mummys. Not posted on here for a while lol but would like some advice if anyone could kindly give? Basically i had my 20 week scan nearly a fortnight ago and everything was fine apart from the songrapher wanted me to have a follow up scan with a doctor as the babys kidneys were showing up "clearer" than usual, (her words) so wanted a doctor to double check. Anyway i had the follow up scan today and the clearness was still there but doctor said the kidneys itself were looking fine, right size, not enlarged or nothing, both kidneys there, right size they should be both the same and working fine as could see urine so baby has been going to the toliet etc so working fine etc. just the
Clearness and whiteness around kidney area was still appearing. She did say it could just be because scans are black and white it could just be the whiteness from that reflecting onto the scan but she isnt sure and wasnt worried but abit concered just incase there was a issue (her words) and booked me in again for 6 weeks. she wrote on my notes then ... "mabey a slight increased echogenicity kidney" but bladder normal, kidneys normal, size normal ,follow up scan needed in 6 weeks ! These words were wrote on the notes which is worrying me now. What does this increased echogenicity kidney mean exactly? And what i basically want to know is when i go to my next scan and say the baby does have this issue what happens next? And what happens when baby is born? Will baby be ok? Normal? Need a op? What happens? This is what is worrying me. I know all could be ok but id ratchet just know what might happen? Has anyone been through this? What happened next? How is your baby now? Any advice would be great. As im worrying like mad here. Also would a 4d scan tell me more? Plz if anyone knows anything about this plz comment. Thankyou xx
