It's like this (hope I can post links!)...

Obviously finding out the bfp yesterday, my boyfriend had to tell me what he had planned next Friday. It was meant to be a surprise day out but i'm not sure whether to do it still.

The centre said they've had pregnant women doing it before. Not sure whether to believe that! Would you do this??

My boyfriend said it's not rough, i won't bang against the walls or floor as that's net and it's 3 lots of 2 minutes short flying. I'm worried of the pressure on my body though from the wind.

He has secretly organised it with my Mum to collect my son for school, so if i don't go we have the added complication of making excuses with her as to why we don't need her (she doesn't know i'm pregnant yet and because of previous MCs we're not telling anyone until 12 weeks).

If i don't go he loses his money, and i'll be a year or so before i can do it realistically.

Would you do it??

Personally hon I'd call midwife and ask her advice before making a decision xx

It's still very early if you got your bfp just yesterday and little bean is tucked away inside your uterus behind your bladder and pubic bone. I personally would do it (even now I would), it looks like a lot of fun!!!

Aww, i wish my OH was that thoughtful!!

If it was me i would go for it. I can't really see there being any harm to the baby as your still very early on, and baby is tucked away. I'd look at it as, if we weren't all TTC then many of us wouldn't know we were pregnant yet. xx

i would say that it looks fine to me, loke the other poster said baby bean is neatly tucked under your pubic bone at the moment so is extrememly well cushioned. to be honest for anything like this i would have to double check that other pregnant women have indeed done it and check with the midwife for her opinion

otherwise GO FOR IT! IT LOOKS SOOOOO COOL!

Thanks - i've genuinely been in two minds - erring on the side of not doing so actually, but after reading these I might just go for it...!

I think it's such a new thing I suspect most Midwives would say no as there'll be no research on it's effects and it being such a litigious society we live in! I'll probably leave the conversation more likely not to haha.

I'm going for it, sod it. It'll be a long time after that I'll be eating and living boringly won't it?

Thanks for your input
