Inserting video ?

How do i insert a video into a thread? ive seen some women do it via youtube and ive just signed up but cant figure out how to do it

when its from you tube I am pretty sure you just post the link and it embeds the video into your post....but I may be wrong.

add: ok I just tested it....you click on the image that has the world and a link from a chain and you enter the web address from the you tube video you want. I automatically adds the video to your post
