I could use some inspiration to keep on track!
I would love to see people's before/during/after photos of their dieting and exercise journeys. I don't care how small or insignificant you feel like your progress may be- it is inspiring nonetheless!
Please post what regime you're doing, and your goals.
My stats:
Height: 5 foot, 2 inches

Weight pre-baby: 130lbs
Pants size pre-baby: 6 (US)
Top size pre-baby: Medium
------------
Current weight: 142lbs
Current pant size: 8 (US)
Current top size: Medium/Large

Goal weight: I am not going by weight because I find it deceiving; so my goal is to be in a size 6 again, and to have it fit nicely, because pre-baby I was in a 6, but it was a little on the tight size. So I want to be a comfortable size 6. (My ultimate goal is a size 4, which I don't think is terribly unreasonable for my height, but for now size 6 will do!)

I am doing weight watchers (points plus), and the 30 Day Shred.
I am on day 8 of the 30 Day Shred, and day 4 of weight watchers.
I am starving.
I will post my before/during photos on day 10 of the 30 day shred (they're so awful I hate looking at them). After this, I am going to do Ripped in 30.
