Irregular cycles after taking herbal fertility pills??

I have never missed a period and always had 28 day cycle. Im been testing with opk for last several months, everyday, twice a day. Opk was always negative. My mom got me these herbal fertility pills. I have been on those for the last 2 months now. In Jan my cycle was 26days and now in Feb my cycle is 35 days. However this month I got a rise in temp and positive opk toward on day 25 of the cycle. I did not get pregnant but I was happy to see that positive opk. Does this mean those pill are working to regulate my hormone imbalance or should I stop taking them? Any feedback would be appreciated.
