Is anyone else NOT overly keen on their choice of pram?!

I looked at hundreds and ended up buying a second hand one that I really wanted. We could have afforded brand new as it was OH parents treat but I read so many threads on people not liking their prams once they had them that I thought I would rather have a second hand one, then if I hate it and want to sell it I wont loose out on too much. Have a good look at the second hand ones on ebay, so many people just dont like the first pram they buy that you may be able to get a mint condition one that you love for half the price in the shops :)

This is the one I've ended up getting:

:sad1:

I got a nice black footmuff to go with it also in the sale and that does make it look slightly better. Am also after a car seat liner as it doesn't feel that comfy without one.

I guess it will have to do for now. Although I have stuffed it in the downstairs cupboard out of frustration so I don't have to see it! :haha: Why I am getting so worked up about a pushchair, I don't know lol!

We've bought a britax b-smart3, it looked really good at the baby show and we had a demo of it.

I havent seen ANY around since or heard anyone say they have bought one, so I was starting to wonder if we made the right decision (although havent said anything to hubby as it cost us £330). it all clips together easily etc but I'm now concerned about folding it down to put it away, I need to have a play with it some more but I think you have to take the seat part off to fold the frame down which means I can't fold it up out of the way when out for coffee and putting it in the car isnt going to be a quick flip and its flat like some i've seen.

overall I do still really like it though and I think all the niggly worries will go once LO is here cos I just wont care I'll be too busy oogling him :)

We've bought a britax b-smart 4 in black and the carrycot in denim. We love it.
It's just like the mamas and papas sola without the huge viewing bit on the canopy you can't close or hide.
It collapses with the seat unit on and baby looks so protected when it's facing you with that huge canopy.
The mothercare my4 doesn't fold with the seat unit, we didn't like the viewing visor on the sola, the urbo was too low, linear freeway and switch was too bulky the spin, icandy and new silvercross looked too small so we chose this one.
What colour do you have?
