Is anyone else's baby "panting"?

I am 34 weeks and it feels like my girl is panting in there...if I put my hand where her head or back is it is a quick rhythmic pulse like movement. She's been doing it for about 45 minutes...so strange...I'm afraid my husband will think I'm crazy...

I've just recently noticed something like this too....I wonder if it could be that because OB says she's head down, and I'll feel this pulsing in my left lower bump....it's so weird!

It's hiccups, my LO gets them for such a long time. It's caused by them practicing breathing.

I feel hiccups.

I also feel a very slow repetitive motion as well. Sometimes I think she is practicing her breathing.

Yes I get that too, and sometimes it lasts for a little while. It is the baby practicing breathing.

Yep, I've had that! I think it's different than hiccups. I can feel the hiccups. The panting I don't feel, but I can see my belly moving up and down quickly in one spot with the breathing.

thanks all...it's not hiccups...I know what those are...it literally feels like I have a panting dog inside of me! Must be practice breathing...good to know she's exercising her lungs...

i was going to say hiccups... but i never realised that you can feel baby practive breathing..i just had my 4d scan 2 weeks ago and we got to go back for another quick peek and i saw the practice breathing but didnt realise i would ever be able to feel it!

How sweet to think that i could feel that... cause i have felt hiccup so many times.
