I have been craving fresh fruit, so I have behaved this time. I do get my fair share of impulsive junk food in! I take prenatal vitamins too and a folic acid pill. They came in a combo pack at the drug store (chemist).
Yesterday I got a little tray of precut veggies and dip. They were the first vegetables I have eaten in weeks and it was so good to have something easy to snack on. I ate it all already....except the carrots, don't like them anymore for some reason but I have been craving celery, which I normally hate.
I cant hold any fruit or veggies down so I drink ensure when I can and take my vitamins right now its the best I can do and babies are getting everything they need
