Is FF ever wrong? I think I O'd but no crosshairs!

Hi ladies,

So, this is only my second time charting my BBT on FF. The first time I did was August of 2012 (the month I conceived my DD). That month I used an OPK (did not this month). The charts look remarkably similar to me. Anyway, I have no crosshairs yet. It's CD 18. I had cervical signs of O on CD 11 & 12 (soft & open). Was definitely closed and firm by CD 14/15. I have very little CM, I think due to breastfeeding, but I tried to record what I could. I admit - I am using a fever thermometer, which I also used last time I charted my BBT.

Anyway, any thoughts?? My period has been very regular (every 28-29 days) for the past 1.5 years since I got it back after my last pregnancy.

I actually think it looks like you did ovulate, especially considering your signs of ov. I would get a proper BBT thermometer and temp vaginally at the same time every day (I struggle with that part ha ha). But yeah I would kind of guess that you did ovulate this cycle and just go with it maybe use opks as well if you can you can get really cheap ones on amazon or ebay. all sounds very positive! xx

FF is just formulaic and can be wrong at any moment. It's better for record keeping and ballpark predictions. You're the only one that knows your body, aside from testing. OPKs are helpful. Don't worry
