Is it Braxton Hicks?

So for the last few weeks, every so many days & some times daily I get this sensation like my uterus gets very hard & feels like there's a big inflated balloon inside.
It reminds me of the sensation I got in a sense when my first baby would stick its bum out or something, but my baby now & weeks ago was too small to make this sort of impact.

I have no discomfort or pain - but could it be BH?

I'm not sure have you talked to your ob or mw? It's been 5 years since I had my first so I myself am a bit rusty on a few things. Hope you feel better soon.

Yep that would be BH. I was having the same sensations. I thought it was Pickle pushing up against my belly, but this started around 17 weeks or so, so he would have been too small to be able to do that. But I get them mostly in the evenings when I'm laying down in bed. My uterus will tighten up, but it won't hurt or anything like that. After about a minute it will pass. May happen one or two more times, or not at all. It's not every evening either. Doctor told me it's BH and very common.

I haven't talked about it with my OB yet because I dismissed it. I wasn't sure what it was but I thought maybe a big gas bubble or smth LOL
Anyhow I think it is BH...I'll be seeing her in 2 weeks or so & I'll be mentioning it!
