Is it girl for sure in ultrasound ? Plz help

so I went this week to go do a private ultrasound
i'm not trying to be mean or greedy I'm super happy but
I did wish for baby boy as it his 1st and my man would of loved
His 1st to be baby boy we are both happy but my doctor says that I am 19 weeks when I went to the scan she said no that I was 17 weeks do you think for sure it's a girl or can it be that his little thing (weenie) has formed yet ? Or does this pictures confirm 100% it's a girl ?
