Is it Normal?

I usually get a little crampy around ovulation.
But today i have noticed i feel a mild cramping on and off in my lower tummy and this evening my hips and aches also are a little achey too. (don't usually get achey hips and legs too)

Is the achey hips and legs a sign of ovulation?

the past couple of times we have dtd after i have felt a little mild cramping come on after. and sometimes when i check cervix? weird again doesn't normally happen?!

I always get achy hips during ovulation, leading up to it I can feel pinching where my ovaries are. So I'd say it's normal

I wouldnt call it "normal" as not everyone gets it but sometime my O cramps are so powerful that I get hip pain as well. So, it's not unheard of
