Hello everyone. This is baby number 2 for me. I got my bfp 4 days before AF was due, my periods are always regular and 30 days apart. Last Thursday I went in after a gush of blood-no cramping. I thought I was 6weeks + 4days. They did a regular u/s but couldn't see anything. So they did a vaginal. The tech said he could see a sac+pole, but that I was 5 weeks +4days. My HCG was at 3600. I didnt have anymore bleeding until yesterday (Tuesday) it was a bunch of brown and then red like starting a period. And I had cramping. I went back to the ER and my HCG was 2600. They said probably miscarriage. I'm still lightly bleeding. I've had small clots and one larger clot, along with a lot of brown blood. I'm supposed to go back in for blood draw tomorrow. I just don't see why bother and I just want to know is there any hope?

with decreasing hcg levels its most likely a miscarrage sorry hun

It sounds like a MC. Make sure you do follow up on hcg levels though as if they don't go down you may need help clearing everything out. If they go down on their own you shouldn't need D&C.
