Is it possible to cause phantom pregnancy?

I'm a naturally anxious person, on and off antidepressants to manage it. DH said the other night that one day I'll convince myself so much I'm pregnant and end up with one of those insane things where your body thinks you are.
Of course...I googled... And now I'm convinced any symptoms I have are all in my head and if I do get BFP it won't be real..just a product of my really strong want for it

Anyone any opinions on this? Having on of those days. AF due in 3-4days..but could be 6-7 because my cycles can be random. Was 12days late before and all BFNs but severe cramping wondering did I cause that too.

We already have 3 kids...you'd think I wouldn't be this obsessive lol

I am the exact same way, DH is always the realistic one and I have to google every single thing that happens to me! Stay strong and baby dust to you ! Xx
