I still can’t believe that my wife is pregnant. We really don’t want to get our hopes up as we only try once for a baby so far lol. I read some where that it could take up to 1 year to conceive, i try once & my wife is pregnant, too good to be true!!

You're very lucky then! It can take more than a year - or it can take 5 minutes! You have lots of time to adjust to the idea.

thats exactly how my first test looked like 18 dpo, it was BFN on 17dpo!
