Is there ANY chance???

I don't really know my cycles very well because they have been irregular for the last few years. They have recently started to get more regular so I'm hoping I might possibly be able to conceive soon. I'm wondering whether it is possible that I did this month.

Here are the facts:

• I started my last period on August 20th
• I potentially ovulated on September 7th (I say potentially because I didn't do a OPK and I haven't started charting yet but I had "fluttering" in my right ovary, had very wet CM and my cervix was VERY soft)
• Hubby and I DTD on the morning of September 10th
• I'm having some minor cramps in my abdomen (right side) that started yesterday morning
• I'm having some minor bleeding that started yesterday afternoon. I only noticed it when I wiped - none made it to my underwear.
• I've been having very vivid dreams for the past few days

So...is it possible I'm pregnant? Or maybe just my period? Or possibly a cyst rupturing (I have PCOS)?

I know it's pretty unlikely that I'd conceive 3 days AFTER my O but maybe I O'ed later than I thought?
