Is there anywhere that you can 'test' out buggies?

I made bad choices for buggies with my 1st child. I now know what I need to suit me, baby, my child, my house, my life style. I have the criteria, but there are alot of prams/buggies that fit that criteria, how am I supposed to know which one is best just by a picture in a catalogue or online? My local Mothercare has limited choices, as do they other baby shops Ive seen.

But I know there are hundreds that are out there.

How do people test the out?

i tested them out by travelling to different shops and trying loads - in mama's and papa's mothercare and john lewis - and seeing what fitted in car, and what i liked, and what suited our needs. i also found chatting to girls on here was great as they have proper first hand knowledge of the different prams xx
