Is this a miscarriage??

I’m on birth control so I know that my periods get a little irregular now and then so I thought nothing when I had two periods in one month. This “period” started about a week ago. I thought it would stop by now but the bleeding is only getting heavier and I’m starting to feel a weird pressure down in my uterus. Then yesterday as I was in the bathroom I noticed tissue like flesh coming out (the picture on the right) and googled what it could be and everything said miscarriage. I thought maybe it could have been a blood clot or something from my pills but then this morning the tissue on the left picture came out and now I’m having the weird pressure in my stomach again. Is this a miscarriage?

Just looks like a period to me. Don't think it's a loss.
