Is this a tooth??? Just under 15 weeks old!

So yesterday my LO was quite grizzly throughout the day then I saw this in his mouth!! Is this a tooth already?? He seems so young!! Xx

I think these are called epstein pearls if I remember correctly. Not a tooth yet but where a tooth will be later. It's common with babies that young that's what it looks like to me anyway

My daughter had those from a bit under 3 months until her teeth came in at 6 and 8 months. She still has them over her molars and other teeth. I think it's where the teeth are, but doesn't mean they'll be out anytime soon.
