Is this the cord around bubs neck?

I was just looking over some 3D scan pics of bub and in this one it looks like something is wrapped around her neck.. does it look like the cord?? i keep looking back at it and its sending me a bit nuts

at my 3d scan baby had cord around his/her neck, a couple of minutes later he/she had it wrapped around their shoulder, the woman doing the ultra sound said they are going to be fond of handbags she said the baby moves around the cord all the time... there was a thread on this yesterday or a couple of days ago if you look back (i no theres loads to go through but there was alot of people commenting on it and how generally its not a concern as baby will manovre himself/herself around it with out any problems xx
