Is this ticker site banned?

Hi I am trying without success to insert this ticker in my signature,

but whatever I am doing, whether I just copy the links and put them into tags myself- whether I just put the picture without links in there, or whether I just normally copy/paste it, it doesn't show up.
When I send it for preview it does not appear and even the code is gone from the edit text body of the signature. There isn't a warning for lack of space either so I really wonder what this can be?

I'm afraid so, some of their tickers were causing a lot of problems with our signature rules (exceeding the maximum size allowed).

At least I know now, I thought I was being totally stupid for not getting these done..
