The test looks fine to me also, i tested when i though i would have been 4 weeks, but when i had 12 week scan i was moved forward 2 days, and so would have been 4weeks 2 when i tested and that took 3mins to show up. I would say the test is definightly much stronger. Try not to worry too much until you know for sure i know how hard it is. i had 3 early bleeds in this pregnancy after a miscarriage in august 2009 and baby is fine now and im 18weeks preg.
Why isn't he doing quantative hcg blood tests? We all know that the urine test doesn't give exacts..... especially enough to diagnose mc the EPU used quantative hcg to confirm if I was mc
Sorry for barging in - I really wish all the best and that you get some good news
As the other ladies have said, doctor's tests are usually less sensitive, and it's a good sign that your test is stronger and the pain has eased. Please try not to worry, you are still early and there is every chance everything is fine. Fingers crossed for you.
hi all, just to give you a bit of an update but earlier on when i went to the loo there was a little bit of brown blood, not much so i'm hoping it doesn't turn into anything more. Doctors tomorrow afternoon so i may get some more answers then
Good luck for doctors tomorrow hun.
The first test I took looks just like your test at 3+3 and my second was actually a little lighter & I am having a healthy pregnancy. Also I had bleeding & pains and me and baby are fine. Best of luck x

Hope everything goes well today. I had brown blood 3 times in this pregnancy and now 18weeks so hopefully baby will be fine. i was told brown means old blood, when i said mine was brown they always said we are alot less worried about brown blood. In the end mine was put down to late implantation bleeding, good luck today
What a strange response from your doctor hun... I don't know how he can make that judgement without assessing your HCG levels in the blood in 48hr stints?
Your test is definately darker too... Mine stayed faint until I was around 5/6 weeks...
Hi All, well i'm back from the docs and at the moment munchkin is holding in there. Doctor could not believe what the other one had said to me on thursday and even admited that it was probably their test sticks that they use.
I've got an apt with the midwife on Thursday as they just want to keep an eye on me as he said she is more likely to get me a quick apt at the EPU if needed.
Thanks all for your support during this mad time. Em x
Omg, I cant believe a dr said that! I did a test the day after af was due and it was completely negative, not just faint!!! I can't believe they said it wouldn't make a difference having only been for a pee aswell, idiot! Your tests look really good to me, hope it all works out ok!
i am so bloody furious for you. how DARE a doctor tell a hormonal, pregnant woman who has lost babies before that she is "probably" miscarrying, based on a f*cking line on a test done a few days after you were due AF?? *seethes* i would put a complaint in, a really nasty one too.
i am really glad that your bean is hanging on in there
